    Position description:

    -Design and develop concepts for plate, frames, switches and sockets. 

    -Provide design of accessories in both 2D and 3D format.

    -Validate and test the samples as per the specifications and standards.

    -Make changes to the samples based on the testing results and ensure that the product is functioning as per its features and specifications.

    -Work on design and process changes to improving productivity of existing products being manufactured.

    -Develop new concepts and do re-engineering of existing and new products.

    -Collaborate with the QA and ME teams to do product qualification.

    -Support ME department to develop and qualify tools and fixtures.

    -Ensure product samples are developed and made available on time by the vendors.

    -Ensure availability of material in time for the production of new range of products.

    -Train team members on product design, development and 2D/3D design software.
