This was the first Park Inn & Suites venture in Kerala, with plans to expand to six more locations over the next two years. The Thrissur project needed to be completed within a tight six-month schedule, demanding high standards for timely execution and integrated solutions.

Legrand delivered a comprehensive suite of integrated electrical and digital infrastructure solutions—including advanced structured cabling, sophisticated user interface systems, and robust circuit protection technologies—designed to meet the project’s stringent timeline and high-performance standards. Seamless collaboration with Tritech Corporation, responsible for the electrical design, and CTL Infocom, overseeing the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, was instrumental in ensuring the project’s success.

Led by Tritech Corporation and executed by Powerskill Corporation, the electrical systems incorporated Legrand solutions from design to deployment. ELV components, including racks and cabling, were delivered through CTL Infocom and Modwin Networks, ensuring network readiness from day one. Despite the project’s complexity, the team achieved full electrical and ELV deployment within the scheduled window, completing installation across 66 rooms, public spaces, and service areas with zero major delays.

Park Inn by Radisson Thrissur stands as a successful first step in Radisson’s Kerala expansion.
